Hofberg Superior Riesling
Originally planned as a Grosses Gewächs. During spontaneous fermentation, it stopped at just under 19.0 grams of residual sugar. In the glass, the Superior presents itself in an intense yellow. One perceives aromas of apricot. The sweetness is very well integrated. The slate minerality is palpable. On the palate, aromas of orange also unfold. It encourages you to keep drinking. Great volume, yet it retains a certain lightness.
